RESILIENCE- Weathering Life’s Storms A Black Women’s Survival Kit was a very successful webinar on February 27, 2021. The vivid discussions on the mental health challenges faced by African American women within our community and tools for resilience to overcome were presented by five outstanding women. The webinar event survey responses were overwhelming positive and there were numerous requests to have the webinar re-broadcasted. The Columbia (MD) Chapter of the Links Incorporated and the Horizon Foundation of Howard County hope you will become more aware of your mental well-being and seek the resources as needed for self-care.
