The objective of this facet has historically been to encourage appreciation of and support for cultural enrichment and to empower artists to become an integral part of the global community. Links chapters have partnered with their local museums, symphonies, arts councils, educational institutions and corporations in order to support art programs, especially where it focused on the presentation of artists of color.
